North Jersey Cremation

Our package charges for direct cremation include basic services of funeral director and staff, local transfer (within 10 miles) of remains to this funeral home, sheltering of remains for up to 48 hours, obtaining necessary permits and authorizations, local transportation to the crematory, sanitary care, and preparation of remains for virtual identification. This charge does not include the use of facilities and staff for any visitation or ceremony-public or private-prio to cremation, or any sheltering for days on which no post-death activities occur. Nor does it include the actual cost of the cremation process, which is a crematory charge. 

If you want to arrange a direct cremation, you can use an alternative container. Alternative containers encase the body and can be made of materials like fiberboard or composition materials (with or without an outside covering). The containers we provide are corrugated cardboard.
